Do you accept insurance?
We are only able to accept insurance for selected preventative health tests, such as the CMAT. All of our weight loss, body sculpting, and shock wave treatments are considered elective treatments by insurance. However, we are able to accept FSA/HSA cards for most of our services.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, cash, check, HSA & FSA cards

Do you accept walk-in appointments?
We do. However we strongly encourage to call ahead to ensure that you do not have a wait.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
We offer free consultations where we will talk with you and find out your goals. Once we know what you want to accomplish, we will come up with a plan to get you the desired result.
How much do you charge for an initial consultation?
Initial consultations are free! Some of our weight loss programs have a medical consultation fee. We will discuss this when we have our initial consult.
Do you offer discounts or savings throughout the year?
We run specials from time to time. We also have referral programs and other ways to save on certain treatments. Ask us about it during your consult!
How does your membership program work?
Connexus Membership is a great way to save money if you are going to do more than one service during the year!
